I am trained in Orthopaedic treatment and assessment. I graduated from Wellington College. I  am passionate about treating the body as whole and working together creating a treatment plan reducing pain, increasing range of motion, regaining function, preventing injury and tools to maintain the integrity of treatment. I own and operate out of my home. I have additional training in reflexology, lymphatics, pre and post sports massage, cranial sacral, muscle spindles and golgi tendon organ.
